DoD Identifies Army Casualty

The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Spc. Cody L. Wentz, 21, of Williston, N. D., died November 4 in Iraq when an improvised explosive device detonated near his military vehicle while on patrol. Wentz was assigned to the Army National Guards 141st Engineer Battalion,Williston, N.D.
