DoD Identifies Army Casualty

The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Sgt. Robert W. Tucker, 20, of Hilham, Tenn., died in Ad Dujayl, Iraq, on Oct. 13, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV during combat operations. Tucker was assigned to the Army National Guard’s 3rd Squadron, 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment, Jamestown, Tenn.
