DoD Identifies Army Casualties

The Department of Defense announced today the death of four soldiers who were supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. They died of injuries sustained in Baghad, Iraq on April 22, when an improvised explosive device detonated near their HMMWV causing a fire. This occurred during combat operations. All four soldiers were assigned to the 1st Squadron, 67th Armored Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.
Killed were:
Sgt. Kyle A. Colnot, 23, of Arcadia, Calif.
Spc. Eric D. King, 29, of Vancouver, Wash.
Pfc. Jacob H. Allcott, 21, of Caldwell, Idaho
Pvt. Michael E. Bouthot, 19, of Fall River, Mass.
