DoD Identifies Army Casualties

The Department of Defense announced today the death of two soldiers who were supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. They died in Baghdad, Iraq, on May 11, when an improvised explosive device detonated near their HMMWV during combat patrol operations. Both soldiers were assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 6th Field Artillery Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, N.Y.
Killed were:
Pfc. Eric D. Clark, 22, of Pleasant Prairie, Wis.
Pfc. Stephen P. Snowberger III, 18, of Lopez, Pa.
