DoD Identifies Army Casualty

The Department of Defense announced today the death of a Soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Spc. Trevor A. Win’E, 22, of Orange, Calif., died May 1, in Tikrit, Iraq, from injuries sustained on April 30 when his convoy vehicle hit an improvised explosive device. Spc. Win’E was assigned to the Armys 24th Quartermaster Company, Fort Lewis, Wash.
The incident is under investigation.
