FOB Speicher, also known as Forward Operating Base Speicher (also known as Camp Speicher and COB Speicher), was a military installation located near Tikrit in Salahaddin Province, Iraq. It was named in honor of Captain Michael W. Speicher, a Navy pilot who was killed during the Gulf War in 1991. FOB Speicher played a crucial role as a hub for military operations and support during the Iraq War.

The base was strategically situated approximately 170 kilometers north of Baghdad, making it an important location for operations in the region. It served as a central hub for coalition forces and provided support to various units throughout the years.

FOB Speicher was initially occupied by the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) of the United States Army during the early stages of the Iraq War. Over time, it became a multi-national base hosting units from different countries contributing to the coalition effort. The base also played a vital role in training and supporting the Iraqi Security Forces.
