NATIONAL GUARD AND RESERVE MOBILIZED AS OF JAN. 9

This week, the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps all announce increases of reservists on active duty in support of the partial mobilization. The net collective result is 6,420 more reservists than last week.
At any given time, services may mobilize some units and individuals while demobilizing others, making it is possible for these figures to either increase or decrease. The total number currently on active duty in support of the partial mobilization for the Army National Guard and Army Reserve is 22,643; Naval Reserve, 9,485; Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve, 32,214; Marine Corps Reserve, 1,557; and the Coast Guard Reserve 1,894. This brings the total Reserve and National Guard on active duty to 67,793 from 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and individual augmentees.
