NATIONAL GUARD AND RESERVE MOBILIZED AS OF MAY 22

This week the Navy announces a decrease of 114 reservists on active duty in support of the partial mobilization, while the Air Force announces a decrease of 35 reservists. The Army and Marine Corps each report no change. The net collective result is 149 fewer reservists than last week.
Total number currently on active duty in support of the partial mobilization for the Army National Guard and Army Reserve is 29,097; Naval Reserve, 9,056; Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve, 37,228; Marine Corps Reserve, 4,298; and the Coast Guard Reserve 1,724. This brings the total Reserve and National Guard on active duty to 81,403 including both units and individual augmentees.
At any given time, Services may mobilize some units and individuals while demobilizing others, making it possible for these figures to either increase or decrease.
