Rukan Razuki Abd al-Ghafar, also known as Rukan Razuki, was a senior member of Saddam Hussein’s regime in Iraq. He served as a key lieutenant for Uday Hussein, Saddam’s eldest son, and was head of tribal affairs in the country.
