DoD Identifies Army Casualty

The Department of Defense announced today that Lt. Col. Anthony L. Sherman, 43, of Pottstown, Pa., died on August 27 in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.  Sherman died as a result of non-combat related injury (medical).

Sherman was assigned to the 304th Civil Affairs Brigade, U.S. Army Reserves, based in Philadelphia, Pa.

The incident is under investigation.
